Refund Policy

Short version

We don't refund completed work. The AI work happens within seconds of you clicking Build, and that's what you paid for. Up to 10 regenerations are included so you can iterate on the package as your data improves.

When we do refund

• Our pipeline fails technically — you click Build and we can't produce a PDF. Full refund within 7 days, no questions.
• You bought the wrong tier (e.g., individual instead of family bundle, or vice versa) and haven't generated a package yet. Email us within 24 hours and we'll swap or refund.
• You didn't mean to buy. Contact us within 1 hour of purchase and we'll refund if no generation has run.

When we don't refund

• You generated a package and changed your mind about applying.
• IRCC denies your application or comes back with questions.
• You discovered after the fact that you weren't actually eligible — we strongly recommend taking the free eligibility quiz before paying.
