1. What arryv is and isn't

arryv is a software service that prepares CIT 0001 (Application for Citizenship Certificate) packages for Bill C-3 applicants. arryv is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Filling out forms with us is not a substitute for legal counsel where one is appropriate.

2. No outcome guarantee

IRCC decides every citizenship certificate application. We can't guarantee approval. We can't guarantee processing time. Our job is to make your submission complete, correct, and well-documented; the rest is between you and IRCC.

3. Your responsibilities

You verify the data you provide is accurate. You sign the printed form. You mail it. You pay the IRCC government fee separately. We don't do those for you.

4. Intellectual property

The package we generate is yours to keep, print, and submit. The arryv platform, prompts, schemas, and code are ours.

5. Limitation of liability

arryv's total liability is limited to what you paid us. We're not liable for IRCC delays, denials, or fees.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD jurisdiction].
